well what can one say ,and where can one start ?What with corruption and bad practise ,the disrespect to the staff and not to mention the moral ignorance from those at the top. Arrogance to the public and health implications to the missfortunate fools who call them selves "loyal customers". My observations and with just a small amount of detective work I have uncovered a franchise not fit for purpose ,And with unhealthy consequences for any poor soul caught up in anyway shape or form with this ill fated, so called fast food chain. ",Fast and chain seem appropriate for those who have the miss fortune to be employed by the called "fast food giant". As you will find yourself FAST approaching debt as the staff hardly ever get paid on time, and as the chains quickly tighten you will find yourself easly replaced if you but dare to complain. Or have your god given right to an opinion .The manager at bishop auckland subway store SIMON SMITH a dumpy little man with dandruff to die for is stuck in his child hood ,As in his head he thinks what Simon says MUST GO , But in the real world he has as much power as a pedalo on ice. A man who"s waist line is the size of the equator and HEAD TO MATCH seems to think he can lie and cheat his way to the top, when in reality he is a sinking time bomb. A manager who thinks the subway safe is his personal charity box. His best friend and the person he trained to be his personal little minion was suspended from the doxford branch of subway this week. He is suspected of taking over a thousand pound from the company safe to bank and seemingly fell into the nearest public house , apparently they lost the cash in a drunken binge? More like a flash of the cash. The knuckle headed managers can't remember where the dosh was last seen? "Yeh rite". But that wasn't the end of dash for cash as Mr smith and the apprentice of dopeyness have since been skimming the milk to top back up the cream the dopey duo claim to have lost. Area manager Derick somebody or who ever seems to be covering up the corruption, in part any way but time will tell if he has any skeletons in the subway closet ,An area manager who is rightfully informed by his staff of bad practice with health implications for the public .Several weeks ago Mr smith turned off the freezer and defrosted the meat ,that the public would later go on to consume, Then he refroze it again some days later. When an electrician was called out to see why the appliance wasn't working At a cost of over a hundred pounds the sparky gleamed with delight at such an easy pay day. He reviled to the chubby red faced manager it was simpley a switch that was turned off by smithy several days earlier ,Plum faced with head in hands begging the smitten sparky to bill subway a dodgy dossier that Tony Blair would be proud of . All jokes aside and not to over dramatise the situation but chicken (not the manager but the meat )is very dangerous to the general public being refrozen and used again. Around the same time The hot and cold running water was off for more than two weeks due to frozen water pipes, with staff not being able to Wash there hands after using the toilet. It's just another reason this fast food let down is on my miss list of food joints .
It seems the law this land has in place to protect employees doesn't seem to apply to the subhuman subway elite ,Pay slips always late more than two weeks behind "if at all". Not getting holiday pay for national holidays like Christmas and having to put your own holidays in or being told "if you don't the shop of horrors will be open Christmas day". Being talked down to! Geting told "And you will work them ".
Really who do these people think they are?, This is England ,LAND OF THE FREE AND GREAT ,its not a sweat shop in the dark alleys of china, and the managers are not gang masters using there toungs as whips. The council Carry's no weight against the might of subway as no insurance for staff or customers is displayed ( as they have none ).And mock the council they do. A little advice for the subhuman subway elite spend a little less cash on beat the flab programs and get with the real program.
Real people with real problems i.e rent and bills to pay as it seems you forget you have hard working staff to pay. The least a big name like "subway" can do is pay staff what they have earned, on time with a little respect to. It goes a long way AND IF YOU DONT GIVE IT DON'T EXPECT IT..
Q.. But is subway subway or a flee market
A.. Manager Mr Simon smith is selling hair products from his shop , Now that's funny taking note of the dandruff free with any foot long ...

The conspiracy grows and the subway cash flow is as thin as ice in the Nevada desert, But truth is a power full thing Mr area manager and don't forget you ain't at the top , Just the top of your own ego and I'm sure those above you will be eager to know the hidden truth of the subway misuse of its name.
